JSP has total control of the safety manufacturing process, starting with sourcing and sorting materials from internationally recognised suppliers, to moulding and assembly, and finally packaging of the many products in the safety range. High ongoing investments in plant sites and latest machinery equipment, has allowed vertical integration of manufacturing - ensuring direct quality control of the complete programme.

JSP's own internal Research and Development Department is responsible for designing and realising all of the company's new products and the continued improvement of existing products. The Research and Development team use a mix of traditional and current techniques to develop these products.

The highly dedicated R&D team has over 25 years combined experience. The R&D facility comprises an open plan 'think-tank' style office and a fully equipped model-making Workshop.
